
Dr. Spindel Bashoff is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in providing evidenced based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, within a therapeutic environment. Her goal is to work collaboratively with clients and provide them with the support, education and tools necessary to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Her approach balances validation with strategies for change.
After graduating with a bachelors of science in Child Development from Cornell University, Dr. Spindel Bashoff pursued her doctorate from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Yeshiva University. Prior to establishing her private practice, she worked as a clinical psychologist at the NYU Child Study Center in both their New York City and New Jersey offices. She is currently an Adjunct Assistant Faculty member at NYU as well as at Rutgers University Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology, where she enjoys teaching undergraduate college students and supervising doctoral students.
